xbjl Terms & Conditions — User Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "xbjl" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at xbjl.io and all associated services, products, applications, and tools operated under the xbjl brand.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the xbjl platform or who accesses any part of the xbjl service.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Member upon successful registration on the xbjl platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to the funds deposited by a Member into their xbjl account using a supported payment method, minus any withdrawals and wagers.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus funds awarded by xbjl under a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in qualifying games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Supported Payment Methods" refers to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank, as well as any other payment channels that xbjl may introduce or retire from time to time.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, tournaments, promotional offers, customer support, and any other features made available through the xbjl platform.
• "Platform" refers to the xbjl website, mobile-optimised site, and any applications or interfaces through which the Services are accessed.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the xbjl platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which the Member holds an active account:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. xbjl strictly prohibits access by any individual under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any point, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension pending review.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing xbjl is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of xbjl, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless express written permission has been granted by xbjl management.
• You must not have previously held an xbjl account that was closed, suspended, or terminated for any breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other responsible gaming restriction applied to your account, whether by your own request or by xbjl's determination.

xbjl reserves the absolute right to decline registration or close an account at any time if, in its reasonable judgement, these eligibility conditions are not met.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one active xbjl account at any given time. The creation or use of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity, different identities, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, xbjl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances in those accounts without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and up to date. Any material change to your registration details must be communicated to xbjl support promptly. xbjl accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a Member's failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 Account Closure by xbjl

xbjl reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or in the interest of responsible gaming. Where an account is closed due to a Member's breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited at xbjl's discretion. Where closure is initiated by xbjl for operational reasons unrelated to Member fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via the original payment method.

3.4 Account Closure by Member

Members may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the xbjl customer support team at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, xbjl may require the Member to complete any pending wagering requirements on active bonus balances and to confirm identity. Closure requests are typically processed within two to five business days of receipt of all required information.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

xbjl operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme consistent with the responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering standards applicable to offshore gaming operators. All Members are required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. xbjl may also request KYC documentation at any other time, including upon account registration, following a change in account details, or where xbjl has reasonable grounds to verify a Member's identity.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification; and a utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement dated within the past three months for address verification. Documents must be clear, legible, unaltered, and in the Member's full legal name as registered on the xbjl account.

Where a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time following a request, xbjl may suspend withdrawal rights, place the account under review, or close the account entirely. xbjl accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing attributable to a Member's failure to complete KYC.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to an xbjl account must be made using one of the Supported Payment Methods listed in Section 1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Member's account balance in real time upon confirmation of payment. Deposits made via bank transfer may take one to three business hours to reflect, depending on the Member's bank and the time of the transfer.

xbjl does not accept cash deposits, deposits from third-party accounts, or deposits made with funds that do not belong to the registered Member. Any deposit identified as originating from a source other than the Member's own verified payment account may be reversed, and the associated account may be subject to review.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Member must have completed identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 4.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Member's available real-money balance after deducting any active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. Where the original deposit method cannot receive the withdrawal, xbjl will work with the Member to identify an alternative verified method.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under two hours from the time of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• xbjl reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits, which may vary by account tier and VIP level. Members will be notified of any limits applicable to their account.

5.3 Currencies

All transactions on the xbjl platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbjl does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any conversion of funds by a Member's bank or mobile money provider prior to deposit is solely the Member's responsibility, and xbjl accepts no liability for exchange-rate losses.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by xbjl are subject to specific terms that apply in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before they may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Only wagers placed on eligible games count towards wagering requirements. Games that are excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment will be clearly indicated in the relevant promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

xbjl reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus, together with any winnings derived from that bonus, in circumstances where xbjl has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; structured deposits designed to trigger multiple bonus awards; wagering patterns that indicate no genuine intent to engage with the platform beyond bonus extraction; and any collusion between Members to exploit a promotional offer.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's account without compensation.

7. Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the xbjl platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or operate through licensed live dealer studios, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined independently of xbjl and cannot be influenced by xbjl, the Member, or any third party. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within each game's information panel.

7.2 Finality of Bets

Once a bet or wager has been accepted and confirmed by the xbjl system, it is final and binding. xbjl does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in the following circumstances: (a) a clear and obvious pricing error on a sportsbook market, where the published odds deviated materially from the true market; (b) a technical fault that resulted in a game round completing incorrectly or in an unintended state; or (c) where a sports event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or declared void under the rules of the relevant governing body.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

xbjl reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual game rounds, single bets, or cumulative winnings within a defined period. Any applicable maximum winnings limits will be communicated within the relevant game rules or promotion terms. Where winnings exceed an applicable limit, the excess will not be paid and the relevant bet may be settled at the maximum limit.

7.4 Sportsbook Rules

All sports betting markets on xbjl are governed by individual sport-specific rules, which are published within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between a specific sport rule and this general section, the sport-specific rule shall apply. xbjl shall not be liable for the accuracy or timeliness of live scores, statistics, or event results displayed on the platform, which are provided for informational purposes only.

8. Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your xbjl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. xbjl will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any such request purporting to be from xbjl, you must treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

Any bet placed, deposit made, or action taken under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you were personally present. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact xbjl support without delay. xbjl will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, to suspend the account pending investigation. xbjl accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a Member's failure to maintain the security of their own credentials.

9. Responsible Gaming

xbjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Members. The following tools are available to all Members within their account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount that can be deposited into your account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session before an automatic log-out is triggered.
• Reality Check Reminders: Set intervals at which a reminder of your total session time and net balance change is displayed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and be excluded from future registration on the xbjl platform.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbjl platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Creating or operating more than one xbjl account, whether personally or in collaboration with third parties.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Attempting to exploit game software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or unintended mathematical loopholes in any game or betting market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the xbjl platform without express written authorisation.
• Engaging in chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any form of collusion with other Members or third parties.
• Laundering money or using xbjl services for any purpose that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws or regulations.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, including self-exclusion, by registering a new account or accessing the platform through a third party.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses xbjl staff, other Members, or third parties connected with the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, and other materials published on the xbjl platform are the exclusive intellectual property of xbjl or its licensors. No Member is granted any licence or right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any xbjl intellectual property without the prior express written consent of xbjl.

Game content — including game graphics, music, animations, and software — is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, and Spribe) and is used by xbjl under licence. Members may not copy, capture, redistribute, or commercialise any game content without the explicit written authorisation of both xbjl and the relevant game studio.

12. Limitation of Liability

xbjl provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While xbjl takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, security, and game integrity, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbjl shall not be liable to any Member for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or winnings; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage; (c) any loss or corruption of data; (d) any failure or delay caused by factors outside xbjl's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider outages; or (e) the conduct, accuracy, or availability of third-party game providers whose content is integrated into the xbjl platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits xbjl's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by xbjl's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

13. Privacy & Data

xbjl collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the xbjl Privacy Policy. A full copy of the Privacy Policy is available at xbjl.io/privacy-policy.

xbjl will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party except: (a) as required to process deposits and withdrawals via Supported Payment Methods; (b) as required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction; (c) to identity verification or anti-fraud service providers engaged by xbjl for KYC purposes; or (d) with your express prior consent.

14. Amendments to These Terms

xbjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, xbjl will notify Members via email to the address registered on the account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no fewer than seven calendar days after the notification is sent, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory requirement.

Your continued use of the xbjl platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects. xbjl operates as an offshore online gaming platform. These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xbjl is incorporated, as updated from time to time.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved in the first instance through good-faith negotiation between the parties. Where negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 calendar days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as selected by xbjl.
